REGISTERED MANAGER

Location: Hertfordshire/ Southampton/Bedfordshire/ Esse/ and Durham.

Salary: £35,000 – £55,000 (Based on experience)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role:
As our Registered Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our care operations. You will ensure our services meet and exceed CQC standards, lead and develop our care team, oversee daily care operations, and champion person-centred care that promotes independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain compliance with all CQC regulations and industry standards
• Manage the day-to-day delivery of high-quality care
• Lead, supervise and support care staff
• Handle assessments, care planning, audits, and quality assurance
• Liaise with service users, families, local authorities, and healthcare professionals

Requirements:

• Must be eligible to register with the CQC (or already registered)
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Previous experience in domiciliary or supported living care management
