About the Role:

As a Support Worker, you will provide hands-on support to individuals in supported living services, helping them achieve greater independence and improve their quality of life. You’ll be a vital part of their journey toward empowerment and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver day-to-day personal and emotional care

• Promote independent living and life skills

• Support with social, leisure, and community integration activities

• Ensure accurate care documentation and incident reporting

• Work flexibly, including weekends, evenings, and sleep-in shifts

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a care or support setting (preferred but not essential)

• Passion for supporting vulnerable individuals

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to follow care plans and safeguard service users

• Willingness to undertake relevant training
