About the Role:
As the Deputy Registered Manager, you will work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure the smooth running of care services. You’ll supervise care staff, support service delivery, and contribute to audits, recruitment, and care plan reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
Support in managing daily care delivery and staff scheduling
Supervise, mentor and support the care team
Contribute to care assessments, risk management and safeguarding
Ensure quality assurance and best practice in care delivery
Step in to lead in the absence of the Registered Manager
Requirements:
Level 3 Health and Social Care (minimum), working towards Level 5
Experience in domiciliary or supported living care settings
Knowledge of CQC regulations and policies
Excellent communication and team coordination skills

About the Role:
As our Registered Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our care operations. You will ensure our services meet and exceed CQC standards, lead and develop our care team, oversee daily care operations, and champion person-centred care that promotes independence and dignity.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain compliance with all CQC regulations and industry standards
Manage the day-to-day delivery of high-quality care
Lead, supervise and support care staff
Handle assessments, care planning, audits, and quality assurance
Liaise with service users, families, local authorities, and healthcare professionals
Requirements:
Must be eligible to register with the CQC (or already registered)
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Previous experience in domiciliary or supported living care management
