About the Role:

The Senior Support Worker will support the delivery of high-quality care in supported living environments, supervising support workers and ensuring that service users receive consistent and empowering care aligned with their personal development goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor support workers

• Oversee daily care delivery and documentation

• Develop and monitor person-centred care plans

• Promote independence and life skills in service users

• Support with staff training and service audits

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a support worker or senior care role

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

• Understanding of care planning and safeguarding procedures

• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent desirable)
